We are currently hiring an experienced Bosun to join a General Cargo Vessel with immediate joining. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising deck crew, overseeing deck operations, and ensuring proper maintenance of deck equipment in compliance with company procedures and international maritime standards.
• Supervision of deck crew and daily deck operations
• Mooring, unmooring, and cargo-related deck activities
• Maintenance of deck machinery, tools, and equipment
• Ensuring safety procedures and housekeeping standards are followed
• Assisting the Chief Officer with deck operations and inspections
• Compliance with ISM Code and STCW requirements
• Valid Bosun certificate as per STCW 2010
• Minimum 2 completed contracts on General Cargo vessels
• All documents with minimum 18 months validity
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Good command of English
• Strong leadership skills and positive working attitude
