Job Description

DESE Crew Management is recruiting an experienced Bosun for a Chemical Tanker Vessel. The successful candidate will supervise deck ratings and support safe deck, mooring, cargo-related, and maintenance operations onboard.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supervising deck crew and allocating daily work.
• Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations.
• Organizing deck maintenance, cleaning, and preservation.
• Ensuring safe handling of deck equipment and tools.
• Supporting compliance with vessel safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bosun.
• Chemical Tanker experience preferred.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Valid seafarer's documents.
• Proficiency in English communication.
