OS for LPG Tanker Vessel

Job Description

Status Maritime Corp. is urgently hiring an Ordinary Seaman (OS) for an LPG Tanker Vessel. The position involves supporting the deck department with routine maintenance, mooring operations, housekeeping, and other assigned deck duties.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with mooring and anchoring operations.
• Supporting deck maintenance and cleaning.
• Assisting ABs and deck officers during daily operations.
• Handling ropes, tools, and deck equipment under supervision.
• Following LPG tanker safety and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• Valid OS certification / relevant STCW certificates.
• Previous OS experience preferred.
• LPG or tanker vessel experience is an advantage.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Valid seafarer's documents.
• Proficiency in English communication.
