AB for LPG Tanker Vessel

Job Description

Status Maritime Corp. is urgently hiring an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join an LPG Tanker Vessel. The successful candidate will support safe deck operations, mooring activities, cargo operations, and routine maintenance onboard.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Performing mooring, anchoring, and deck operations.
• Assisting with LPG cargo-related deck activities.
• Carrying out deck maintenance, cleaning, and preservation.
• Handling ropes, tools, and deck equipment safely.
• Following all tanker safety and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Able Seaman certification and STCW certificates.
• Previous experience as an AB on tanker or LPG Tanker vessels preferred.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Valid seafarer's documents.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Ability to work safely in a gas tanker environment.
