Job Description:
The 3rd Engineer assists in maintaining engine room machinery, supporting senior engineers, and ensuring safe and efficient vessel operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintenance and repair of engine room machinery.
• Monitor machinery performance and report issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Support emergency drills and engineering safety procedures.
• Maintain operational records.
Requirements:
• Valid Gas Course and DC certification.
• Medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Nationality: Sri Lankan or Bangladeshi.
• Prior experience on gas tankers preferred.
