Job Description

A shipping company is recruiting qualified and experienced officers, engineers, and ratings for General Cargo Vessels. The vessel operates internationally and requires competent crew members with strong safety awareness, technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe navigation, cargo handling, and vessel operations according to rank
• Machinery operation, maintenance, and engine room watchkeeping
• Compliance with ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, and MARPOL regulations
• Participation in drills, inspections, and safety procedures
• Maintaining high standards of discipline, teamwork, and professionalism

Requirements

• Relevant sea service experience in the applied rank
• Valid STCW certificates appropriate to position
• Valid travel documents and medical fitness
• Good command of English
• Ability to work onboard international trading vessels
