Job Description:
Navilands Marine Inc. is recruiting qualified seafarers for upcoming contracts on Bulk and Container Vessels under reputable international shipowners. Candidates will join a competitive fleet offering career development, stable rotation cycles, and timely allotments. This hiring campaign is for manpower pooling only.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe operation and maintenance of vessel systems and equipment
• Navigation, cargo handling, and watchkeeping duties (deck ranks)
• Machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (engine ranks)
• Ensuring compliance with MARPOL, SOLAS, ISM, and company safety standards
• Supporting safe and efficient vessel operation across all departments
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience on Bulk or Container vessels (rank-specific)
• Philippine nationals only
