Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all drilling operations and crew members
• Maintain compliance with company and client safety policies
• Manage rig maintenance, inventory, and logistics
• Report operational progress to the Rig Manager and Drilling Superintendent
• Mentor and train drilling personnel

Requirements:
• 8–10 years of experience in drilling operations
• Proven experience as a Tool Pusher or Driller on land rigs
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Valid well control and safety certifications
