The Night Tool Pusher manages nighttime drilling operations, supervising crew activities, and ensuring safe and efficient rig performance during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee night drilling operations and crew management
• Ensure equipment and tools are ready and safe for use
• Monitor well performance and report anomalies
• Support Rig Manager in operational planning
• Maintain compliance with HSE standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience in drilling operations
• Night shift management experience preferred
• EU nationality or right to work in the EU
• English proficiency
• Relevant drilling certifications
