Job Description

JAB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Pipeline Technician for a short-term offshore project in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will support pipeline-related operations, maintenance, inspections, and associated technical activities in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supporting offshore pipeline operations and maintenance activities.
• Inspecting equipment and tools before and during operations.
• Following technical procedures and project specifications.
• Identifying and reporting equipment defects or operational concerns.
• Complying with offshore health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Working closely with supervisors and other project personnel.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in pipeline operations or offshore pipeline maintenance.
• Appropriate technical qualifications and valid certificates for the assigned duties.
• Relevant offshore safety training.
• Ability to work safely in an offshore environment.
• Availability for a 7–10-day assignment; start date to be confirmed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
