Job Description

JAB Recruitment is looking for an experienced Bolting Technician for an offshore assignment in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will carry out bolting and flange-management activities in accordance with project procedures and offshore safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Performing controlled bolting and flange-jointing activities.
• Using bolting tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Inspecting tools and equipment before use.
• Following approved procedures and project specifications.
• Completing relevant job documentation and reporting issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an offshore Bolting Technician.
• Valid TMJI certification is mandatory.
• Valid SR100 face-fit certification is mandatory.
• Relevant offshore safety training and supporting certificates.
• Strong awareness of safe working practices.
• Availability to start on 23 October 2026.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an offshore team.
