Job Description:
The Well Intervention Supervisor – Subsea DTU is responsible for the planning and execution of well intervention activities on subsea wells. The role focuses on ensuring safe operations, technical quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise wireline, coiled tubing, and subsea intervention operations
• Ensure all activities comply with HSE and company standards
• Monitor intervention performance and provide technical input
• Coordinate logistics and crew rotations
• Compile operational reports and maintain records

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of intervention experience (subsea preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of well control and intervention tools
• Strong leadership and planning abilities
• Fluent English; valid offshore certificates
