Job Description:
The Well Intervention Supervisor – Deepwater/Subsea will lead and coordinate intervention activities on subsea wells, ensuring safe and efficient operations in accordance with company policies and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise wireline, coiled tubing, and hydraulic intervention activities on subsea wells
• Ensure operations comply with all HSE and technical standards
• Coordinate with vessel, rig, and engineering teams to optimize performance
• Manage offshore intervention crews and monitor execution quality
• Review post-job data and prepare detailed technical reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Subsea Engineering
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in well intervention (deepwater/subsea focus)
• Strong understanding of subsea wellhead systems and intervention tools
• IWCF Level 4 and valid offshore certifications (BOSIET, medical)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluent English
