Job Description:
GP Solution is seeking experienced Supervisors to manage offshore oil and gas production facilities. Candidates will ensure safe, continuous production operations, coordinate maintenance teams, and uphold strict safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control production systems and equipment.
• Supervise daily offshore operations and maintenance work.
• Lead emergency drills and ensure compliance with HSE policies.
• Report operational data and incidents to onshore management.
• Support optimization of production processes.
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience on offshore platforms or FPSOs.
• Valid offshore certificates (BOSIET, HUET, Medical).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Technical background in process or mechanical engineering.
• Fluent in English.
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 28 days on / 28 days off rotation.
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
