Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Description:
Seaworks Qatar is looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee marine and offshore construction activities onboard barges, ensuring operations are executed safely and efficiently according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise all barge operations including lifting, positioning, and marine works.
• Coordinate activities between deck crew, engineers, and vessel officers.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and marine regulations.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Report progress and incidents to the project management team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore or marine construction projects.
• Previous experience in barge operations and marine supervision.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET or equivalent) preferred.
