Job Description: Responsible for supervising drilling operations, supporting the Drilling Superintendent, and ensuring safety and efficiency across assigned wells.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee drilling teams on assigned projects
• Ensure operations follow HSE standards and SOPs
• Monitor drilling parameters and maintain documentation
• Train and mentor junior staff
• Liaise with technical and project teams
Requirements:
• Offshore drilling experience
• STCW or equivalent certification
• Medical fitness certificate
• Minimum 8 years in drilling supervision
