Role Summary:
Leads the rope access team to ensure safe and efficient rigging operations offshore. Supervises all Level 1 and Level 2 technicians and ensures compliance with IRATA and RAT standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all rope access and rigging tasks.
Conduct risk assessments and safety checks before operations.
Coordinate with the offshore management team to ensure smooth workflow.
Provide training, mentoring, and supervision to junior riggers.
Qualifications:
Valid IRATA Level 3 certification.
Minimum 5 years of rope access experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
