Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing all drilling operations during night shifts to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution. Works closely with the Drilling Superintendent and Rig Manager to maintain operational integrity and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all drilling operations during night shifts
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and drilling programs
• Monitor drilling parameters and report deviations
• Coordinate with onshore support teams and service providers
• Maintain detailed night reports and daily summaries

Requirements:
• Minimum 8–10 years of drilling experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Valid IWCF / Well Control certification
• Strong leadership and safety management skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
