Job requirements Frosio level III / NACE (a plus) • Bachelor’s or Master in civil or mechanical engineering with practical experiences of heavy duty steel structure manufacturing (a plus) • Technically strong, adaptable, works well in teams, strong communication abilities • German and English speaking • Good English skills both writing and verbal • Recommended 10 years of site experience on fabrication yards, pre-assembly or construction sites • Recommended 3 years of experience from similar position • All relevant safety trainings needed to perform the job • Innovative, quick learner, with track record in the use of latest coating processes and technologies. • Ensure all involved manpower are familiar and understand all specifications, HSE, drawings and documentation. • Ensure that interfaces and cooperation are implemented with other disciplines. • Monitor relevant activities with representatives from Contractors/sub-contractors and supervise inspectors from other disciplines who are involved in the site team. • Monitor working progress against schedule and highlight areas of concern and possible corrective actions. • Hardworking, honest, strait forward, with an ability to build up a good relationship with customers, co-workers and company management. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent time management and leadership skills. • Ability to interact and supervise in a nationally diverse environment. • Team building and team leadership
