Our Boston office specializes in offshore wind. Currently we have an opening for an onshore Electrical Fabrication Supervisor. This contract is set to last through February 2026, with a possible 6-month extension. This is a Monday - Friday position, 40 hours per week, with up to 4 travel days expected per month. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. Job description Represent company during fabrication of the electrical systems on the Turbine Foundations, including but not limited to LV systems, Earthing system, Array Cables Support, Measurements and SCADA/Radio systems. Supervise contractor to ensure successful fabrication and assembly of the Turbine Foundations on time and within the required Quality standards and HSE regulations. Ensures that free-issued equipment and components are installed, handled, and maintained in accordance with the project and vendor requirements. Supervise commissioning/testing of electrical systems. Advise and support the Foundation Fabrication Manager. Ensure that contractors are in line with agreed design and to required spec/quality. Keep and maintain a safe work environment within the team and the contractors/sub-contractors on site according to HSE guidelines and local procedures. Support of all relevant interfaces between Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Contractors QA/QC Representatives. Job requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering Site experience on fabrication yards, pre-assembly, or construction sites Strong communication skills Experience with wind turbines is preferred but not required
