Benedetto Global is looking for an experienced Drilling Supervisor to oversee drilling operations across onshore and offshore projects. The role involves managing drilling teams, coordinating operational activities, and ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise drilling operations and maintain HSE compliance
• Coordinate with drilling teams, engineers, and onshore/offshore personnel
• Monitor drilling performance and optimize processes for efficiency
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience on drilling rigs
• Offshore and onshore drilling experience preferred
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and offshore schedules
• Relevant safety and drilling certifications
