Job Description:
The Drilling Supervisor will oversee daily drilling activities, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and company objectives. Reports to the Drilling Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise rig operations and ensure drilling programs are followed
• Monitor contractor performance and safety compliance
• Optimize drilling operations for efficiency and cost control
• Liaise with drilling engineers and logistics teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in drilling supervision
• Valid IWCF certification
• Knowledge of well control and rig operations
