Job Description:
Ensures all drilling operations meet HSE standards, promoting a culture of safety and compliance at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety audits and toolbox talks
• Support incident investigations
• Provide HSE training and coaching on site
• Monitor compliance with company and client policies
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Safety or Engineering
• 5+ years of oil & gas HSE experience
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
• Strong interpersonal and reporting skills
