Role Summary:
Supports the Rope Access Supervisor in managing rigging operations and safety offshore. Ensures procedures are followed correctly by team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising daily rope access activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and rope access standards.
Perform inspections and maintain equipment logs.
Step into supervisory role in the absence of the Level 3 Supervisor.
Qualifications:
IRATA Level 2 certification.
Offshore rigging experience required.
Ability to lead small teams under supervision.
