Job Description:
PT Bohai Drilling Service Indonesia (BDSI), a leading drilling service company in the oil and gas industry, is seeking experienced and qualified professionals to join our team for onshore drilling operations in Duri, Riau.
We are hiring for multiple positions across operational and technical departments to support ongoing drilling and workover projects.
Open Positions:
• Rig Superintendent
Key Responsibilities:
As per company standards, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise and execute safe and efficient drilling or workover operations.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE and operational policies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot rig equipment and systems.
• Lead and train rig personnel to ensure performance excellence.
• Coordinate with field management for daily reporting and planning.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the applied position (drilling or workover rig).
• Relevant competency and technical certifications.
• Willing to be assigned at BDSI operation area in Duri, Riau – Indonesia.
• Only Indonesian Nationals (WNI) will be considered.
• Maximum age: 54 years old.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork attitude.
