Job Description:
An experienced Rig Superintendent is required for an oil and gas drilling project in Kuwait. The successful candidate must have extensive supervisory and operational experience on drilling rigs rated at 750 HP or higher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee drilling rig operations and overall performance.
- Supervise rig management personnel and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Monitor equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the same position on drilling rigs rated at 750 HP or higher.
