Job Description:
Parker Wellbore is hiring a Rig HSE Superintendent to manage safety programs onboard drilling rigs. The role ensures compliance with international HSE standards and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HSE programs onboard the rig
- Conduct safety inspections, drills, and audits
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Provide HSE training to crew and contractors
- Liaise with management and regulatory authorities
Requirements:
- Previous HSE supervisory experience on offshore rigs
- HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- English fluency
