Job Description:
Responsible for overall supervision of drilling operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with operational procedures. Coordinates between rig teams and management to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all drilling operations and monitor daily rig activities.
• Supervise drilling staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Optimize drilling programs to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• Liaise with engineering and logistics teams.

Requirements:
• Degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of drilling experience, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid offshore certificates.
