Job Description:
Responsible for managing and negotiating commercial contracts related to drilling and production operations. The Senior Contracts Specialist ensures that all agreements meet regulatory, legal, and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate project contracts
• Ensure compliance with corporate legal frameworks
• Liaise between internal departments and external vendors
• Provide contract advice during project execution
• Support tendering and bid evaluation processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management (oil & gas preferred)
• Strong knowledge of international commercial law
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Fluent English required
