Job Description:
The Engineering Specialist provides high-level technical expertise for well construction, completion design, and project optimization. Works closely with drilling and intervention teams to ensure safe and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review engineering programs and procedures
• Support well design, equipment selection, and performance tracking
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to field engineers
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure technical integrity
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in oil & gas operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in engineering and simulation software
• Fluent English
