Location: Project Sites – Texas / Offshore
Job Description:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing safety policies and procedures across marine and construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor safety compliance on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety meetings.
• Maintain OSHA documentation and reporting.
• Train personnel on emergency procedures.
Requirements:
• OSHA 30/40 certification required.
• Minimum 3 years in HSE role (marine or construction).
• Excellent understanding of USACE and EM385 standards.
