Job Description:
PT Bohai Drilling Service Indonesia is urgently hiring an HSE Officer to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across drilling operations. The role focuses on enforcing safety standards, conducting inspections, and providing training to maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HSE policies in line with company and regulatory standards
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Provide safety inductions and training for crew members
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
Requirements:
• Proven experience as HSE Officer in offshore/onshore drilling projects
• Valid HSE certifications and medical fitness certificate
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards
• Proficiency in English communication
