Job Description:
The HSE Officer with drilling experience will oversee health, safety, and environmental practices across drilling operations, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enforce HSE procedures during drilling operations
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Provide HSE training to drilling crews
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective measures
• Prepare and submit HSE compliance reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HSE, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in drilling operations
• Strong knowledge of drilling HSE standards and regulations
• NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certification
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
