Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting daily deck operations including mooring, cargo handling, and crane activities
• Carrying out rigging tasks and preparing lifting gear for offshore operations
• Assisting with heavy-lift operations in line with lifting plans
• Inspecting, maintaining, and securing rigging and lifting equipment
• Guiding crane operations and ensuring safe load handling procedures
• Operating forklifts or telescopic handlers for cargo movement (certified operators)
• Maintaining high safety standards, housekeeping, and compliance with vessel procedures
• Supervising rigging teams and coordinating work activities (Rigger Team Leader roles)

Requirements:
• UK national or UK Frontier Worker Permit (UK FWP) holder (mandatory requirement)
• Valid STCW certificates: Basic Safety Training (SOLAS) and Security Awareness (A-VI/6-1)
• Valid offshore certifications: BOSIET / HUET / CA-EBS
• Confined Space Entry certification
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
• OPITO Rigger Stage 1/2/3 depending on role level
• Forklift / Telehandler certificate (for crane/forklift operator roles)
