Location: Offshore – Mexico / USA (Oil & Gas Projects)
Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced IRATA Level I and II Rope Access Painters for offshore oil & gas projects in Mexico and the USA. The role involves industrial painting, maintenance, and corrosion protection work on offshore structures and vessels. Candidates must have proven offshore experience and be able to work in demanding offshore environments with strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Applying anti-corrosion coatings on offshore structures and equipment
• Performing surface preparation using mechanical and chemical methods
• Carrying out preventive and corrective painting and maintenance works
• Operating spray painting equipment (airless, conventional, gravity feed)
• Identifying and treating corrosion issues using appropriate techniques
• Completing daily reports, timesheets, and safety documentation
• Following all offshore safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Supporting rope access rescue operations when required
• Maintaining clean and safe working environments onboard

Requirements:
• Valid IRATA Level I or II certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of offshore experience
• Proven experience in offshore painting and corrosion control
• Knowledge of surface preparation tools and techniques
• Experience with marine coating systems and application
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Seaman’s Book
• BOSIET / T-BOSIET, RIGPASS, CBSP certifications
• Work at Height and Confined Space certifications
• OGUK Medical certificate
• Valid passport (US visa is an advantage)
• Industrial painting certification (preferred)
