Job Description:
Team Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Motorman who must have FPSO experience and all mandatory offshore certs. Mobilisation is in the North Sea with a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation until the end of the year. If you are available and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Engine room watchkeeping and assistance with operation of propulsion and auxiliary machinery on FPSO
· Routine maintenance, lubrication, and inspection of mechanical equipment
· Compliance with all safety management systems, permit-to-work procedures, and HSEQ requirements
· Keeping engine room spaces clean and maintaining proper records of maintenance activities
· Assisting higher-ranking engineers with repairs and troubleshooting

Requirements:
Essential Requirements:
· Previous experience in a Motorman role – mandatory
· FPSO experience – mandatory
· Mechanical Qualification – preferred
· BOSIET / FOET – mandatory
· CA-EBS – mandatory
· MIST (Minimum Industry Safety Training) – mandatory
· Medical certificate (OGUK or equivalent offshore medical) – mandatory
Additional Requirements:
· Valid STCW certificates as per rank
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Nationality requirement: Must have UK / EU working rights (due to North Sea location)
· Availability: Must be available for mobilisation (date TBC) for 3/3 rota until end of the year
