Job Description

WTS Energy is recruiting an experienced Motorman to assist with machinery operation and maintenance on offshore platforms and barges during night shifts.

The successful candidate will support mechanical personnel with equipment monitoring, lubrication, inspections, and routine maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor machinery condition and operating parameters.
• Assist with lubrication and routine maintenance.
• Perform inspections and report equipment abnormalities.
• Support mechanical repairs and equipment servicing.
• Maintain cleanliness in machinery and equipment areas.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and comply with HSE procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Motorman or in a similar machinery maintenance role.
• Offshore platform or barge experience preferred.
• Mexican or foreign Seaman's Book.
• SST medical examination.
• Basic Offshore Platforms and Barges Course.
• Valid TBOSIET certificate.
• Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
• Conversational English.
• Practical knowledge of machinery maintenance and safe working practices.
• Availability for night-shift work.
