Team Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Motorman who must have FPSO experience and all mandatory offshore certs. Mobilisation is in the North Sea starting on 8th May 2026 with a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation until the end of the year. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Engine room watchkeeping and assistance with operation of propulsion and auxiliary machinery
· Routine maintenance, lubrication, and inspection of mechanical equipment on FPSO
· Compliance with all safety management systems, permit-to-work procedures, and HSEQ requirements
· Keeping engine room spaces clean and maintaining proper records of maintenance activities
· Assisting higher-ranking engineers with repairs and troubleshooting

Requirements:
· Previous experience in a Motorman role – mandatory
· FPSO experience – mandatory
· Mechanical Qualification – preferred
· BOSIET / FOET (valid offshore survival certificate)
· CA-EBS (Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System)
· MIST (Minimum Industry Safety Training)
· Valid Offshore Medical certificate
· Valid STCW certificates as per rank
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Availability: Must be available for mobilisation on 8th May 2026
