Motorman for Onshore Drilling Project

Job Description:
We are recruiting an experienced Motorman to join the Enecal - Kangean Project in East Java. The successful candidate will support drilling operations by assisting with the maintenance, inspection, and operation of mechanical equipment onboard a land drilling rig.

The project is scheduled to commence in October 2026 with an estimated duration of 12 months. The scope of work involves onshore drilling operations utilizing a 1,500 HP drilling rig.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with maintenance and operation of drilling rig machinery and equipment
 • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities
 • Support the Mechanic and Drilling Team with equipment repairs
 • Monitor engines, pumps, and mechanical systems during operations
 • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with HSE procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Motorman or in a similar mechanical role
 • Minimum High School education
 • Previous experience in drilling, oil & gas, or heavy industrial operations preferred
 • Valid Basic Sea Survival / T-BOSIET certificate
 • Valid medical fitness certificate
 • Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
 • Good communication and teamwork skills
