Job Description:
The Motor Hand assists with the operation and maintenance of drilling motors and associated equipment on HDD projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect, maintain, and handle drilling motors and equipment
• Assist drillers during operations
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise
• Support team members in daily field operations

Requirements:
• Experience with drilling motors or mechanical equipment
• Basic knowledge of HDD equipment and operations
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to project sites
• Physical fitness for fieldwork
