Job Description
WTS Energy is recruiting an experienced Senior Mechanic for offshore operations involving platforms and barges. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and supporting the reliable operation of offshore machinery during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and coordinate corrective maintenance.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Support the safe operation of offshore mechanical systems.
- Report equipment defects and maintenance requirements.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Senior Mechanic in an offshore environment.
- Offshore platforms or barge experience preferred.
- Mexican or foreign Seaman's Book.
- SST medical examination.
- Basic Offshore Platforms and Barges Course.
- Valid TBOSIET certificate.
- Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
- Conversational English.
- Ability to work night shifts and follow offshore safety procedures.
