Job Description:
ADNOC Group UAE is seeking an Assistant Rig Mechanic to support rig maintenance and repair activities. The role ensures smooth operations of rig equipment and contributes to safe and efficient drilling operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assisting in maintenance and repair of rig mechanical systems.
Supporting senior mechanics with troubleshooting tasks.
Ensuring compliance with HSE and operational standards.
Conducting routine inspections of mechanical equipment.
Reporting issues and maintaining maintenance logs.
Requirements:
Diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or related field.
Previous experience as a mechanic in oil & gas preferred.
Valid STCW/ offshore certificates (if applicable).
Medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
