Job Description:
The Site Manager (Water Well) will oversee the full cycle of water well drilling operations in Congo, ensuring timely project delivery, team coordination, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves planning daily operations, managing on-site staff, and maintaining communication with project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all on-site drilling and construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage workforce scheduling, logistics, and performance.
• Monitor progress and prepare operational reports.
• Liaise with clients and management regarding project milestones.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in water well or drilling projects.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent English or French communication.
• Valid safety and medical certificates.
