Job Description:
Lead and manage underground mining operations and related support activities across assigned sites. Responsible for operational delivery, safety culture, resource management and client liaison for underground development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate and supervise all underground mining activities to meet production and schedule targets.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, conduct risk assessments and lead incident investigations.
• Manage teams, subcontractors and on-site resources; mentor supervisors and foremen.
• Control budgets, materials and equipment allocation; report performance to headquarters.
• Maintain strong client relationship and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Requirements:
• Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent + proven underground experience (8+ years).
• Strong leadership, planning and incident management skills.
• Valid fit-for-work medical and willingness to work rotational/on-site.
• Proven track record with safety and regulatory compliance in mining.
• Zambian nationals preferred.
