• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures
• Manage and mentor drilling team members
• Monitor operational performance and report to senior management
• Oversee maintenance schedules and equipment readiness

• Extensive experience in onshore drilling management
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• EU nationality or right to work in the EU preferred
• English proficiency required
• Valid relevant drilling certifications
