Job Description:
Seaworks Qatar is seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control across large-scale marine and offshore construction projects. The role involves implementing quality systems, supervising inspections, and ensuring compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Develop and implement QA/QC plans for marine and offshore projects.
• Lead inspection teams and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct quality audits and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with clients and third-party inspectors on quality matters.
• Monitor corrective and preventive action programs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC within marine or offshore construction.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and related quality standards.
• Strong leadership and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English communication.
