• Manage overall rig operations and project execution
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Coordinate between departments, contractors, and clients

• Prepare reports and provide technical guidance

Requirements:
• 10–12 years of experience in drilling operations or rig management
• Proven leadership in onshore drilling environments
• Strong knowledge of HSSE and operational procedures
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Rig experience is mandatory
