Job Description:
Join GP Solution as a Project Developer / Site Manager and take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing renewable energy projects across Europe. You will lead teams on-site, oversee construction and installation activities, and ensure all operations meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables.
• Supervise site teams and contractors to ensure safe operations.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and suppliers.
• Prepare project documentation and progress reports.
• Monitor compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable or construction project management.

• Ability to work on rotation or full-time assignments.
