Job Description:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing drilling fluids and related operational activities, ensuring project goals, quality standards, and safety compliance are met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise overall drilling fluids and warehouse operations
• Coordinate field teams, lab technicians, and engineering staff
• Monitor project KPIs and operational efficiency
• Enforce HSE compliance and company standards
• Provide technical and managerial support to staff

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum, or Operations Management
• Minimum 10 years experience in drilling operations
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Offshore and onshore operational experience preferred
• English proficiency
