Job Description:
AR Enterprise is hiring an HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety, and Environment operations for its onshore drilling sites. The ideal candidate will ensure all activities meet national and international safety standards, fostering a zero-incident workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Train and mentor site personnel on safety practices.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
Requirements:
• Indian Nationals only.
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or HSE-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in oilfield or drilling safety management.
• Certified in industrial safety and first aid.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
